I applied online, got an invite to a group interview a few days later, I was the 1st person at the group interview out of about 40 people. The district and regional managers were there went over a few basic questions and told me that was all and the would email me if interested. I went home and not even 1 hour later the district manager called me from his personal phone and asked if i could go back for a second interview. I went back as soon as I got the call and interviews with the district and regional manager and after the interview I picked up a few groceries and as I was leaving the register the district manager chased me down as I was leaving and offered me a position on the spot. He said he didn't want me leaving without good news. Needless to say I started a week later.

Yup every single weekend haven't had consecutives Saturday Sunday one off in over 5 years working in this company and your schedule always changing literally day to day so you can not ever plan ahead a couple hours ahead in your own personal life, this job makes it impossible to make plans with family - probably why they have such high turnover beczue of very little work/life balance
